Throughout its history, Cantina Valdaso has been able to adapt to the needs of the market. From the nineties to today, it has managed to direct members towards quality rather than quantity production. Aware that only a product with certain characteristics could rightly be exploited, it has achieved this goal thanks to the stubbornness and commitment of the Members who have experienced these changes with the conviction that it was the only way to enhance their product.
In 2004 the Cantina Valdaso was certified according to the ISO 9001: 2008 standard, demonstrating that good company management of the entire supply chain is also necessary to achieve product quality, from receiving the grapes to selling the wines.
With a view to continuous improvement, this system lays the fundamental and essential foundations to better deal with the competition, but above all with the final customer.
